Pamela is the Founder & Senior Pastor of The Breakthrough Church in Houma, LA.  She along with her husband Lester began Breakthrough Believer’s Church in 1998 in their home. Ten months later they purchased a building & in 2005 built a brand new sanctuary on the same property.  Pamela is founder of "Women with a Call" established in 2003 and yearly host conferences & quarterly brunches. She is the author of the book “Freed….and Loving it!”
